1. Overview
By placing an order with YOUniqueAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These apply to all services provided through our website and order form.
2. Our Service
We provide custom AI-generated image creation services. All images are created using licensed AI tools and based on the brief and photos provided by you, the customer.
We do not guarantee that every result will perfectly match all expectations, but we commit to working with you through revisions (as included in your chosen package) until we reach a result you are happy with.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full before work begins. We accept payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
Prices are as listed on our pricing page. Additional services (such as print design) will be quoted separately before any extra charge is applied.
4. Revisions & Edits
The number of included revisions depends on your chosen package. Any additional revisions beyond the included allowance will be charged at a rate agreed in advance.
5. Turnaround Times
We aim to deliver all images within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and any required photos. Rush requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will always communicate expected delivery times clearly.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You must have the rights or permissions to any photographs you submit to us featuring other individuals.
Any image that infringes copyright will not be created.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you are not satisfied with the result after the included revisions have been used, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
8. Privacy & Data
Any photos or personal information you share with us will only be used to complete your order. We will not share your data or images with third parties without your explicit consent. Images will be deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivery unless you request otherwise.
